"Site has been raised with recent construction. Site elevation is the fixed floor elevation of the new terminal. Total structure height is the height of the terminal plus 15 feet which should cover all antenna heights in the antenna farm. TSA is requesting to relocate existing UHF radio system from DSMs legacy terminal 5800 Fleur Drive Des Moines IA 50321 to DSMs new terminal 5600 Fleur Drive Des Moines IA 50321. The existing RFI Technology Solutions antenna Model COL43-420 and mount are located at DSM legacy terminal with a Latitude: 41 31 58N; Longitude 93 38 55W 950 ft elevation at ground level and 970 ft elevation at roof level relocating to DSMs new terminal. Additionally the present Motorola GTR8000 UHF repeater will be relocated to DSMs new terminal controlled access co mingled radio room which includes each tenant having their own locked radio cabinet. The repeater will connect to airport provided electrical outlet and ground plane. All handhelds 5 watt Motorola APX900 handhelds transmitting on 415.73750 MHz will remain the same 5 watt Motorola APX900 handhelds transmitting on 415.73750 MHz."
