Refund Policy

LOS Analyzer is sold by Idea Engine LLC. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.

Unused report credits can be refunded within 60 days of purchase. Once a report has been generated, the credit or payment used for it is non-refundable. The Annual Seat renews automatically each year until cancelled; you can cancel any time in Manage billing, and access continues to the end of the paid year with no refund for the current term.

1. Try it first, free

Every account gets its first full screening report free, with no card required, so you can judge the report before you pay.

2. Single reports and 5-Packs

  • Unused credits (a single report you paid for but have not generated, or unused 5-Pack credits) can be refunded within 60 days of purchase. For a 5-Pack with some credits used, we refund the unused credits at the price you paid per credit.
  • Once a report has been generated, the credit or payment used for it is non-refundable. The report is delivered in full when it is generated.
  • If a report is wrong because of an error in our software (for example, a calculation bug we confirm), tell us and we will fix and regenerate it, or give you a replacement credit. This does not cover results that are correct for the inputs used, or the known limits listed in the Disclaimer.

3. The Annual Seat

The Annual Seat is a subscription: $8,400 is charged today and again every 12 months until you cancel. Cancel any time in Manage billing (Stripe customer portal); access continues to the end of the paid year and the current term is not refunded.

Cancel in the app under Credits → Manage billing, or email us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email support@idea-engine.studio from your account email with the date of purchase. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

5. What happens after a refund

When a payment is refunded, what it bought is withdrawn from your account automatically: any unused credits from that purchase are removed, an ungenerated paid report is cancelled, and a refunded Annual Seat payment ends the seat's access.
