The project involves building approximately 5.2 miles (MI) of new overhead electric transmission line from Mountain Run Substation to the Mountain Run Junction. The project will be built entirely within the existing 100 foot wide right-of-way (ROW) with the exception of the temporary transmission line which will be required to keep customers energized during the rebuild. The temporary line will be constructed on the north side of the existing ROW for the length of the project. The temporary transmission line will consist of monopole structures which are the subjects of this filing."
