Equipment constructing the facility and ultimately the equipment using the facility will not extend higher than the lights submitted in the 7460. This is being submitted as an \Other\" as there are no options even close in the OE/AAA to a snow dump or a parking lot or a laydown area or anything remotely similar. Please see attachments for all the coordinates and for supporting documentation. Coordinates are to FAA 1A accuracy. There will be a separate submittal for the temporary construction laydown area. The site is under the RW16L/34R ROFA and within the RW34C RPZ. See attached determinations and approvals from the ADO.""
