"Analysis should be using 1A accuracy. See surveyor's notice regarding certification of\naccuracy. Last page of exhibits.\n\nConstruction of a replacement Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) on the airport\nproperty. The new ATCT will be constructed of a concrete shaft 25 ft square which will\nsupport a steel structure cab. This 8 sided cab is approximately 28 ft across at the roof\nline. The cab roof supports a parapet above that screens the roof mounted equipment\nand lends support to antenna and instrumentation. Lighting protection air terminals are\nthe highest point on this structure. Radio communications antenna will be mounted to\nthe parapet as well. The height is included in # 18 above. \n\nCrane height during construction estimated at 150' for an estimated 7-10 events not to exceed 8 hours duration for each event. A separate 7460-1 will be filed for the crane prior to start of construction. See attached exhibits for site plans and distances."
