What this outcome means

The FAA studied the proposal and concluded it would not be a hazard to air navigation. A no-hazard determination is not permanent — it carries an expiration date, and if the structure is not built by then the case has to be re-filed.

The proposal, in the filer's words

"Project consists of six office/warehouse buildings. Their range in size is from 5249 to 6718 square feet for a total of 34 781 square feet. Each building has a mezzanine for a total of 8518 square feet bringing the total to 43 299 square feet. Each building is 36 feet tall including the parapet roof that screens the mechanical equipment. The buildings are tan with a white parapet blue metal accent treatments and a red metal accent panel on the roof. There are storefront windows on the front a roll-up door and a man door into the warehouse area. Buildings 2 4 5 and 6 have an outside storage yard. Previous approved studies 2023-AWP-953-OE 2023-AWP-954-OE 2023-AWP-955-OE 2023-AWP-956-OE."

Screening a structure of your own?

Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file

LOS Analyzer screens a proposed structure against FAA Part 77 surfaces and the control tower's sightline to the runway, terrain-aware, in minutes. It is a preliminary screening — not an FAA determination and not a substitute for a licensed engineering review.
