"The proposed project includes the construction of a box hangar with attached storage space at the Willows-Glenn County Airport. The hangar structure would be approximately 60 feet in length 70 feet in width and 22 feet in height. Structure height at corners is approximately 19' and at ridge is approximately 22'. Any grading would include the footprint of the building including a 5-foot perimeter around the building at a depth of less than 12 inches. The hangar would be located adjacent to an existing storage building and apron development. Additionally the project would include the removal of the existing storage building that is abandoned and in unusable condition and the relocation of a manual access swing gate along the existing fence alignment. See attached exhibit for project location and layout.\nA contractor’s staging area will be located directly north of the hangar site on grounds\ncurrently utilized for vehicle parking and storage.\nAccess to the site will be via County Rd. G/ Airport Rd. which provides direct access to the airport."
