Concrete Pump Truck

What this outcome means
The FAA sent the case back to the filer rather than issuing a determination. This is the most common non-clean outcome and usually means something has to change or be supplied before the study can finish — not that the project was refused.
The proposal, in the filer's words
"Concrete Pump Truck The contractor (The Diamond Engineering Co.) for FAA AIP 3-31-0007-019/020 (Access Road and parking Lot) is proposing to use a concrete pump truck to place portions of the concrete on the project . The pump truck will be used a couple of times at a maximum of 6 hours per occurrence. The pump truck will be located ( and therefore the highest point on the west side of the parking lot away from Runway 16/34. The pump truck will only be in the upright position while actively pumping concrete and will have a flag on the boom. The airport will issue a notam for pump truck in operation on the west side of the airport during operation."

Screening a structure of your own?
Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file
LOS Analyzer screens a proposed structure against FAA Part 77 surfaces and the control tower's sightline to the runway, terrain-aware, in minutes. It is a preliminary screening — not an FAA determination and not a substitute for a licensed engineering review.
