"Filing for the construction of a 46-story office tower at 343 Madison Avenue in New York New York. The building will be equipped with a building maintenance unit (BMU) on the high roof. The base of the BMU is located between points 5 and 6 and can extend up to 134' horizontally from the base while in operation. When the BMU is not in use the highest part of the building is at the top of the high roof outlined by points 5 and 6 at 855' AGL/912' AMSL. Building points 1 2 3 and 4 on the building corners outline the extents of the building at the maximum height of the BMU while operating at 864' AGL/921' AMSL. The heights filed include a 10-foot buffer to account for potential variances in construction. A site plan figure axonometric drawing and roof plan including BMU details are attached for a better perspective of the building. The existing building on site has been demolished and excavation is currently underway. Construction crane(s) will be filed by a different representative."
