Included are four corners of 4 residential buildings closest to the airport and/or at the highest elevation and the four corners of the clubhouse which is closest to the air safety end zone. All other features such as roads and parking lots will be constructed at finished grade near the elevation of the first floor of the buildings. We do not propose to apply for these other features as the buildings will surpass their height. This project previously received a “determination of no hazard to air navigation” in March 2023 (Project #ALFIE-000781848-23). The sponsor has a public hearing with the Borough of Florham Park. We would appreciate if the review of this application could be expedited so that a response could be received as early as possible prior to the public hearing."
