The proposal, in the filer's words
"Office building (16 stories). Note that this structure was evaluated and lit per requirements of Aeronautical Study 2020-AGL-13040-OE. There was an error seemingly in submitting the 7460-2 Supplemental Notice upon completion of the structure ultimately resulting in the termination of that study. The supplemental notice was intended to be filed and attempted it was thought to be completed properly but has been determined to have not been. The neighboring building to the south (study 2022-AGL-21831-OE) has residents that are impacted/disrupted by the red lights at this location. This request is to both ensure that 400 N. Aberdeen is properly documented with the FAA and also to determine if the existing lights can be removed or at minimum made static in their operation to avoid the blinking nature that is disruptive to neighbors. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter."

Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file
