What this outcome means

The FAA studied the proposal and concluded it would not be a hazard to air navigation. A no-hazard determination is not permanent — it carries an expiration date, and if the structure is not built by then the case has to be re-filed.

The proposal, in the filer's words

"Proposed welded-steel elevated water storage tank (EST) on a single steel stem with base cone (no guy wires). TOC/ground elevation at base = EL. 730.29 ft. Top of tank = EL. 852.04 ft giving an overall structural height = 121’-9” (121.75 ft AGL). Operating water surface elevations: HWL = EL. 845.29 ft (115.0 ft AGL) and LWL = EL. 816.54 ft (86’-3” AGL) (head range 28’-9”). Tank includes access tube/manways ladders/platforms inlet/outlet riser piping overflow and roof vent. Roof includes an antenna corral; antenna post height shown as 72 inches (6 ft) above the roof—if installed/considered the highest point the highest elevation = EL. 858.04 ft and overall height = 127’-9” (127.75 ft AGL)."

Screening a structure of your own?

Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file

LOS Analyzer screens a proposed structure against FAA Part 77 surfaces and the control tower's sightline to the runway, terrain-aware, in minutes. It is a preliminary screening — not an FAA determination and not a substitute for a licensed engineering review.
