The project includes underground utilities 10 fuel dispensers a canopy over the fuel dispensers (5 640 SF) (3) underground fuel tanks a new single story service building (1 511 SF) paving and landscaping.\n\nUsing the Pre-Screening Tool it was determined that if the structures were under 30' a separate Notice would not be required. The height of the fuel dispenser canopy will be approximately 18' above the existing grade and the new service building will be approximately 17'-18' above existing grade including the height of the RTU that is to be set on the service building. In summary the structures themselves will be under the 30'.\n\nThe reason for filing is due to the use of a mobile crane that will be used to set (1) RTU at the new service building and the (3) fuel tanks in the parking lot. The temporary mobile crane height will be between 30' and 60'. The final maximum crane height will be determined once project constraints are fully understood and crane calculations can be performed."
