Determination of no hazardDetermined - No Hazard35 ft AGL

What this outcome means

The FAA studied the proposal and concluded it would not be a hazard to air navigation. A no-hazard determination is not permanent — it carries an expiration date, and if the structure is not built by then the case has to be re-filed.

The proposal, in the filer's words

"This filing is for Lot 12 the twelth multi-unit housing building in the Stroudwater Commons development. The Stroudwater Commons development is the construction of a new residential condominium campus on the 1 Firefly Street parcel. The proposal comprises thirteen four-story multifamily condominium buildings with elevators including 130 condominium units plus 26 integrated accessory dwelling units or ADUs for 156 total dwelling units together with one single-story common amenity and community building containing first-floor common space and outdoor amenity area. The residential buildings are modular construction with factory-built modules from KBS Builders and PBS set on conventional foundations with precast retaining walls and window wells. The project will be delivered in two phases. Phase 1 includes 8 buildings followed by Phase 2 with 5 buildings. Associated sitework includes graded internal roads and parking lots a deeded-parking system and a 1-to-1 slope retaining wall along the Stroudwater River edge. Structures are planned to be about 32 feet above ground level. Previous Aeronautical Study Number 2026-ANE-682-OE. This study was terminated because the location points were not appropriately entered and each building was not filed individually. This new filing includes the points in the form specified and requested by the termination letter."

Screening a structure of your own?

Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file

LOS Analyzer screens a proposed structure against FAA Part 77 surfaces and the control tower's sightline to the runway, terrain-aware, in minutes. It is a preliminary screening — not an FAA determination and not a substitute for a licensed engineering review.
