The decision to mark this particular wire stems from its proximity within 200 feet of an adjacent line where BPA is conducting construction activities. Given that the catenary wire referenced in 2025-ANM-3177-OE will have the greatest height above ground level within this span BPA has opted to mark this specific wire rather than the adjacent line which possesses a lower AGL. This selection aligns with the requirements outlined in AC 70/7460-1M which mandates marking the object with the greatest AGL.\nThis filing is to fulfill an ADD letter from Kenneth Patterson to file studies for the supporting structures of that Catenary. These new studies are in addition to 2025-ANM-3177-OE."
