The proposal, in the filer's words
"Maintenance work on existing drainage swale and pipe to the east of the runway. This short drainage swale discharges from a pipe/culvert that runs east to west and leads into the larger swale that runs parallel to runway. The small swale needs to be dredged out to allow flow out of the pipe. We are going to add some rip rap rock to it to help with erosion and energy dissipation . Everything we are doing is surface level as well as adding some rock our biggest rock is going to be at most 3 foot in diameter and will be placed in the depression of the swale. We are planning on having our mini excavator a small dump truck and/or dump trailer as well as a vac truck. All work is planned to take place outside of the runway safety area. No equipment will be left in the runway object free area when work is not actively taking place. NOTAM to be published informing pilots that construction equipment will be off the east side of Runway 16/34 for the duration of the project."
