Determination of no hazardDetermined - No Hazard90 ft AGL

What this outcome means

The FAA studied the proposal and concluded it would not be a hazard to air navigation. A no-hazard determination is not permanent — it carries an expiration date, and if the structure is not built by then the case has to be re-filed.

The proposal, in the filer's words

"We would like to replace the radio antennas on the roof of the courthouse with a tower up to 75 ft in height The current courthouse is 45ft high raising the antennas should improve our communication. there will be a 20ft antenna on top of the tower. We are looking for guidance on a tower from 55ft to 75ft Whatever we can have without interfering with the flight path of the airport. We would like to have the tower up and ready for a short transition of our communication system before they start construction on the new roof which should be in late July"

Screening a structure of your own?

Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file

LOS Analyzer screens a proposed structure against FAA Part 77 surfaces and the control tower's sightline to the runway, terrain-aware, in minutes. It is a preliminary screening — not an FAA determination and not a substitute for a licensed engineering review.
