What this outcome means
The FAA sent the case back to the filer rather than issuing a determination. This is the most common non-clean outcome and usually means something has to change or be supplied before the study can finish — not that the project was refused.
The proposal, in the filer's words
"FAA non-standard taxiways project (PN770) - Phase 4B (CSPP rev7). Demolition of existing TWY G construction of partial RWY 13R shoulder on the south side of the runway. Work hours:0800 to 1800 CST Monday thru Saturday. Closures: RWY 13R-31L portions of TWY G as indicated and TWY F. Maximum height of construction equipment: 25 ft. Work area limits and coordinates shown in the attachment. This revision is to update the work area to make it consistent with rev7 of the CSPP. The Phase 4B work area was originally part of Phase 2. This is a resubmission of 2024-ASW-4836 to 4839-NRA which expired on January 18 2026 without an extension being issued. Ground elevations are adjusted to the new OE/AAA elevation map to pass the validation test."

Screening a structure of your own?
Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file
LOS Analyzer screens a proposed structure against FAA Part 77 surfaces and the control tower's sightline to the runway, terrain-aware, in minutes. It is a preliminary screening — not an FAA determination and not a substitute for a licensed engineering review.
