What this outcome means

The FAA sent the case back to the filer rather than issuing a determination. This is the most common non-clean outcome and usually means something has to change or be supplied before the study can finish — not that the project was refused.

The proposal, in the filer's words

"Temporary aircraft parking for FIFA 2026 World Cup. Parked aircraft: ADG V (tail height up to 66 ft). Aircraft will be parked aligned with the TWY WB centerline. To allow for additional parking space aircraft may be parked across the TWY WB centerline with the tail always being as far away as possible from TWY WA and RWY 15L-31R. This parking area is outside of the TWY WG and WH ADG V ROFA. The west boundary of the parking area is 107 ft from the TWY WB centerline well outside the TWY WA ROFA. This parking area is enclosed by the points in this NRA and the following four NRA (PA1 to PA5)."

Screening a structure of your own?

Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file

LOS Analyzer screens a proposed structure against FAA Part 77 surfaces and the control tower's sightline to the runway, terrain-aware, in minutes. It is a preliminary screening — not an FAA determination and not a substitute for a licensed engineering review.
