Determination of no hazardDetermined - No Hazard140 ft AGL

What this outcome means

The FAA studied the proposal and concluded it would not be a hazard to air navigation. A no-hazard determination is not permanent — it carries an expiration date, and if the structure is not built by then the case has to be re-filed.

The proposal, in the filer's words

"We need to get material to the roof on the first day of deployment. We need to use crane to access the antennas on the side of the walls of the building on the following weekend. Next we will need to also return to get material off the roof once completed on the following weekend. There will need to be 2 days also in a row to work on the antennas so there will be 3 trips in total (1 weekend day for about 4 hours to get material to the roof the next weekend both Sat and Sun for approx... 8hrs each day to work on antennas as needed per sector Possibly to get material off the roof on the second day of antenna work if completed if not able to complete then will need to return the next weekend for about 4 hours to be able to remove material from roof)"

Screening a structure of your own?

Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file

LOS Analyzer screens a proposed structure against FAA Part 77 surfaces and the control tower's sightline to the runway, terrain-aware, in minutes. It is a preliminary screening — not an FAA determination and not a substitute for a licensed engineering review.
