Determination of no hazardDetermined - No Hazard250 ft AGL

What this outcome means

The FAA studied the proposal and concluded it would not be a hazard to air navigation. A no-hazard determination is not permanent — it carries an expiration date, and if the structure is not built by then the case has to be re-filed.

The proposal, in the filer's words

"Two large cranes will be utilized in order to erect the precast concrete panels and the structural steel package. The crane for the precast panels is the largest (250ft max height) and will start the project and continue throught the points as all items within the area are completed. The largest crane will be set at Point 1 initially and will then proceed sequentially through Points 2 3 and 4 as construction progresses.\n\nThe second crane for structural steel (max height 200ft) will begin at Point 1 after the precast scope of work has been completed and that crane can move forward to the next area/point. It will then continue through Points 2 3 and 4 as the project advances."

Screening a structure of your own?

Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file

LOS Analyzer screens a proposed structure against FAA Part 77 surfaces and the control tower's sightline to the runway, terrain-aware, in minutes. It is a preliminary screening — not an FAA determination and not a substitute for a licensed engineering review.
