The project does not contain a transmitting station antenna or microwave facilities. The project will utilize underground electrical telephone & data utilities. There are no existing buildings or other structures on the project site.\n\nThe proposed building is a warehouse & distribution facility with related infrastructure. The building is approximately 42 000 square foot (\"s.f.\") 30 000 s.f. for the primary area & 12 000 s.f. for the exterior canopy where vehicles will be loaded. The warehouse will likely be a pre-engineered metal building. Attached are preliminary building plans.\n\nThe proposed distribution facility will operate 24/7 to support the delivery of packages to customer locations between 9:00 AM & 2:00 PM. The facility will receive shipments that are sorted based on zip codes & dispatched for delivery to customers. It is anticipated that line haul trucks will deliver packages to the facility each day. Most of the sortation is done in the middle of the night & then the items are transferred to a van or to a flex driver. There will be approximately 62 on-site employees & 25 van drivers to support this operation. In addition there will be up to 82 flex drivers that will use personal vehicles to deliver packages & work in concert with standard van drivers.""
