Antenna tower · 2026
CRIMSON HEIGHTS
Queen Creek, AZ · near Mesa Gateway (4.9 mi)
What this outcome means
The FAA studied the proposal and concluded it would not be a hazard to air navigation. A no-hazard determination is not permanent — it carries an expiration date, and if the structure is not built by then the case has to be re-filed.
The proposal, in the filer's words
"Re-filing for a proposed 85 foot monopine antenna structure with the branches making up the overall structure height of 90 feet. The previous FAA application under ASN# 2026-AWP-3600-OE was terminated on 4/15/2026 when Smartlink submitted an application to add L600 frequencies with a lower height. However the tower owner had already had an application in process to add frequencies which included L600 and CBAND. The Smartlink application that superseded the original application is ASN# 2026-AWP-3773-OE and should be terminated. The tower owner requested a re-file to ensure this application to include CBAND is approved. If there are future applications or questions please contact Emily Painter at 503-358-8053."

Screening a structure of your own?
Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file
LOS Analyzer screens a proposed structure against FAA Part 77 surfaces and the control tower's sightline to the runway, terrain-aware, in minutes. It is a preliminary screening — not an FAA determination and not a substitute for a licensed engineering review.
