The proposal, in the filer's words

"There are 2 existing water storage tanks and an existing communications tower at 99 Bellevue Avenue Norwood MA. This project is replacing the two storage tanks on the same site demolishing the old two tanks. The two coordinates of the two new tanks are 42 11 35.6191N latitude and 71 12 58.7352W longitude for Tank 1. 42 11 36.9369N latitude and 71 12 59.2170W longitude for Tank 2. Neither tank is tall enough to require FAA lighting or coating schemes. However as the new tanks are erected the contractor Caldwell Tanks will need a crane. They have submitted a permit for the temporary crane with the crane requirements. The FAA has requested the owner submit permanent structure permit for the tanks. This package serves to permit both new tanks. Both tanks are identical height. Height 84.32ft to antenna mount tops to the top of the handrail is 83.98ft and to roof top is 81.75ft"

Screening a structure of your own?

Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file

LOS Analyzer screens a proposed structure against FAA Part 77 surfaces and the control tower's sightline to the runway, terrain-aware, in minutes. It is a preliminary screening — not an FAA determination and not a substitute for a licensed engineering review.
