"The City of Coalinga proposes to allow Momentum Tactical LLC to construct and install temporary training facilities at the New Coalinga Municipal Airport (C80) in Coalinga California. The proposed work area/construction area will occupy approximately 18 000 square feet within an area designated in the Airport Master Plan for “Hangars/Executive Hangars and Aviation Related Industrial/Commercial” uses. Construction will consist of placing modular and mobile structures brought to the site on trailers to support aircraft-dependent parachute training operations. Construction activities will involve limited site preparation and installation of utilities as needed with no modifications to existing runways or taxiways. Temporary modular buildings will be delivered by truck via the existing airport access road from the south and routed along existing paved and gravel access ways to the interim facility site consistent with the project route plan (attached). The delivery route avoids active runway and taxiway movement areas and terminates at the temporary setup area footprint."
