Determination of no hazardDetermined - No Hazard35 ft AGL

What this outcome means

The FAA studied the proposal and concluded it would not be a hazard to air navigation. A no-hazard determination is not permanent — it carries an expiration date, and if the structure is not built by then the case has to be re-filed.

The proposal, in the filer's words

"This \building\" will consist of temporary staging area (lay down yard) for a new construction project (2026-AAL-33-OE). the staging area will consist of several 8' high x 40' long x 8' wide connex's with the intention of stacking them two rows high. The will be used to store materials and equipment for the project. We have listed the height as 35' in the event a pallet of materials is placed on the top with telehandler equipment. Any remainder of the designated space will be used for outside palletized storage. The project is scheduled until 1 August 2028 so the temporary dates will need to be adjusted to coincide with completion of the project.""

Screening a structure of your own?

Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file

LOS Analyzer screens a proposed structure against FAA Part 77 surfaces and the control tower's sightline to the runway, terrain-aware, in minutes. It is a preliminary screening — not an FAA determination and not a substitute for a licensed engineering review.
