Determination of no hazardDetermined - No Hazard148 ft AGL

What this outcome means

The FAA studied the proposal and concluded it would not be a hazard to air navigation. A no-hazard determination is not permanent — it carries an expiration date, and if the structure is not built by then the case has to be re-filed.

The proposal, in the filer's words

"Filing for the construction of a multi-level hospital facility at 80 Warren Street in Brighton MA. Building points 1 2 3 4 and 6 are located on the high roof of the building corners. Point 6 represents the highest point of the building at the top of an exhaust stack at 148' AGL/245' NAVD88. The heights filed include a 10-foot buffer to account to for potential variances in construction. A site plan figure and isometric drawing are attached for perspective of the building. Most existing buildings on site will be demolished for the construction. Construction crane(s) will be filed at a later date."

Screening a structure of your own?

Check Part 77 and the tower's line of sight before you file

LOS Analyzer screens a proposed structure against FAA Part 77 surfaces and the control tower's sightline to the runway, terrain-aware, in minutes. It is a preliminary screening — not an FAA determination and not a substitute for a licensed engineering review.
